Last weekend, a few friends and I went down to Las Vegas to attend the Miss USA pageant. Our friend Marissa Powell, Miss Utah, was competing and it was a great excuse to go down and cheer her on.
When you think of Vegas, you think of bling and sequins!! Here are two ways to wear sequin skirts while out on the town! My friend Chelsea shows you a lighter monochromatic look, while I am showing a darker and more colorful version.
