Today’s trend is a Casual Day

For this casual day, I am throwing it back to one of my favorite days from my wedding weekend! We organized a golf day with tons of the couples and of course I had to wear all white 🙂 

Originally I was going to wear a white golf dress with this jacket, but last minute, the weather took a turn and the temps dropped, so I ordered these white leggings (love a good prime delivery) and they were perfect. I always get nervous to wear white on the bottom, but these were not see-through and they were incredibly soft. Definitely a recommended purchase all around!

Next week’s trend is Leather & Suede

These two fabrics have to be my favorite when buying clothes! They are always so sophisticated and I feel like both can really dress up a look. Now, I just need to decide what of my leather and suede pieces I want to wear next week.

Also, don’t forget that vegan leather and suede is becoming very popular, so if you don’t want to wear the real deal, there are lots of other options!

Today’s trend is Blazers & Shackets 

One of the biggest trends of this year has to be oversized blazers or shackets! You can find girls wearing these all over the streets of LA, New York and many other metro’s. While I do have many blazers (fitted and oversized) in my closet, I actually don’t own any shackets, so I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this baby last week, and can’t wait until she gets here! For this week though, I pulled out an old tweed blazer and paired it with lots of camel colored accessories for some cool and warm tones.

I think I am due for a good casual day! We have been on the go so much lately, I just want to have a nice long weekend where I live in sweats and just embrace a casual atmosphere and look.

Today’s trend is Thanksgiving Day Looks

Today I am actually throwing it back and re-sharing the dress I wore to last year’s Thanksgiving dinner. I loved mixing it up and wearting leather, but in a different color, like this burnt orange. 

While I have’t figured out exactly what I am going to wear for this years Thanksgiving, I  tend to wear something on the dressier side, so it will probably be a skirt, dress or nice pants. We will just have to wait and see what the weather is looking like, because in Salt Lake, it could either be warmer and sunny or there could be a foot of snow on the ground lol.
