I got this scarf recently and wasn’t sure if it was something that you could only wear in October? I decided why not, and thought it would be cool to play up an eclectic vibe by pairing it with a super tight pencil skirt and pearls. Why not mix the rocker and girly vibe together!
I also would highly recommend this pencil skirt. It has an amazing fit and is tight all the way down to your knees. If you are a size xs, they have it available on-line in green and navy blue still at Zara for super cheap.

A little slice of Hollywood…

So Utah has one time of year that everyone is our city goes a little crazy and people venture in the hoards to Park City to ski, celebrity stalk, go to parties/concerts and watch movies…this time of year is known as the Sundance Film Festival!
Well I must admit that last weekend I was guilty of all of this behavior and enjoyed the festivities. This was my outfit of choice because the scarf kept me quite warm in the chilly weather and the boots were perfect for walking up and down Main Street!

Layer It On!

This coat has recently become my favorite go-to look! It dresses up every outfit, but also gives it some edge with the faux leather sleeves and studded collar.
Although it was a little unexpected for me, I paired it with a bright green neon blouse and shoes. These shoes are a great alternative to the toe-capped shoes I have seen at Ann Taylor and J.Crew in the past because they are so affordable. Even though this color seems trendy, I think it is going to continue to show its face these upcoming seasons when the weather starts getting warmer.

I hope people enjoyed the title of this blog post lol. It comes from one of my favorite movies of all time, How To Lose A Guy in 10 Days!! But I think that I may be able to take this title literally and hypothetically with our current weather.
This palette contains some of my favorite colors for this time of year. I love the white, black and mint/light blue combo I have been seeing lately. It is so romantic and works perfectly in our frosty setting.
