Today’s trend is Rompers & Shorts
I was loving this outfit I threw on the other day before dinner with my boyfriend. We walked up to one of our favorite spots, Taqueria27 and this was the best summer casual outfit for our walk and casual dinner. Not only did I feel chic in this bright number, but I was getting compliment after compliment on the shirt, so it looks like neon is back and here to stay.
My advice when wearing neon is to pair it with dark shorts, so that the piece is offset with the blocked pieces. Then tie it together with a fun show that combines both elements like I did here!

Today’s trend is Bright Colors
This outfit has to be one of my favorites I have worn in quite some time. I am absolutely obsessed with this linen dress from Zara (unfortunately I don’t see this style on their site anymore, but I linked to a similar linen dress). It is a linen fabric, so it does wrinkle easier, but the fit and style makes up for that. It fits like a glove and I got comments the entire time I was wearing it.
The other reason I love this outfit is due to the delicate necklace I have around my neck from a place called AU | RATE. I have worn this necklace EVERY SINGLE DAY since getting it delivered to me. I love very simple pieces, and this one sums up simplicity and class. The rose gold really compliments my skin tone, and I love how small but bright the diamond is in the middle. Of all the flashy jewelry I wear, I think I have had more friends and colleagues want to know about this piece of jewelry more than any other piece I’ve worn. Next week’s trend is Rompers & Shorts
Lately I have been LOVING shorts and rompers. While I am typically a girl who wears dresses and skirts a lot, it is so nice finding them with built in shorts underneath. It allows for more flexibility and freedom in your day and activities.
I’m actually excited because I am heading to Europe this week and pack my suitcase full of shorts and rompers/skirts to cruise around France. Check back next week to see what I am wearing!

Bright colors are always a staple in my summer wardrobe. They bring a pop to any outfit and really make your hair and skin glow. I am all over the board with bright colors…from pink to blue to lime green, now I just need to figure out what to wear next week.
