Today’s trend is NYE LOOKS!

I can’t wait for New Years! It can be a night where you dress your best and hit the town, make dinner and snuggle with those you love, or watch some spectacular fireworks!

What are you big plans to ring in 2016?

Although we haven’t officially made plans, I am hoping to attend a fun party! And because I ALWAYS LOVE dressing up, I decided of getting a new dress. The best place I think to find festive dresses that won’t break the bank is ASOS! Check out some of their best HOLIDAY PARTY WEAR DRESSES HERE!

They range from really fancy, to a little more subtle, so the possibilities are endless!

With the dropping temps in January, it is all about lots and lots of layers, and some of the best pieces to layer with are Vests & Jackets!

I have always been drawn to these two clothing types. I think that an extra jacket or vest can create the bulk or texture anyone needs.

I think I am going to be showing off my favorite vest from Forever21, what about you?

Today’s trend is LEGGINGS!

Leggings are honestly my GO TO look right now. When the temps are dropping and you just want to stay comfortable, they are the perfect alternative to jeans or slacks!

Lately I haven’t been able to get out of these American Apparel shinny liquid leggings. Although these are a more traditional take on a black legging, there are also lots of varieties that have color or patterns to help bring any outfit to life.

A great place to find some festive leggings for this season is White Plum! they have tons of winter/holiday inspired leggings (not going to lie, I am NEEDING these Metallic Stardust ones) and they come in a range of sizes that fits all.

Today’s trend is BOOTS & BOOTIES!

This time of year, I am addicted to boots and booties. It seem like they are the perfect footwear to keep your feet warm, help you truck through the snow and still look fashionable all at the same time.

I tend to alternate between high heeled and flat boots, tall and short, and dressy and casual, I just can’t seem to get enough of all the different variations.

This week I am showing you my new FAVORITE pair of flat riding boots! I got these from Ted & Muffy and I can’t even begin to tell you  how many compliments I have received on them already. They are such a well constructed boot and are a great option because they can so easily be dressed up or down!

So I know I am that girl that wears leggings with EVERYTHING (if you don’t believe me, just look at my pant selection in today’s post). I literally have so many pairs, because they are the perfect lightweight and comfy alternative to jeans.
