Today’s trend is Sweater & Knit Dresses

With my growing bump, I have been embracing a lot of sweater dresses! I have been pulling out some of my old dresses that aren’t necessarily maternity dresses, but the sweater material has a lot of extra room and stretch, which makes it still form fitting in all the right places, but still comfy for the bump. This week I pulled out a short sweater dress (not maternity) and belted it to give me a bit more form. Since the dress is a bit shorter, I decided to pair it with some flat boots, so that the hemline felt a little longer. I would even recommend wearing this dress over leggings or tights if you want to show a little less leg!

Next week’s trend is Holiday Dresses

Can you believe the holidays will be here in a few short weeks? It is crazy to think how quickly they approached this year. No matter if you are looking for a dress for Thanksgiving or Christmas or maybe a holiday party, there are a lot of fun options out there between dramatic sleeves, sparkly fabrics or maybe even a simple black dress paired with some blingy accessories. We can’t wait to see what you will be wearing next week!

Today’s trend is Prints & Patterns

While I have been wearing a lot of solid colored pieces lately, I love to mix in some fun prints and patterns! The fall weather wants me to pull out printed sweaters, scarves or even a full printed dress. This week I pulled out an oldie, but a goodie! While this is an old piece, I think there are tons of other cardigan and sweater options out there that would give a very similar look. I especially liked it paired with this tight bodysuit from Amazon. It is a dupe from Aritzia, but with a much smaller price tag. It is definitely high on my list for recommendations!

Today’s trend is Leather

I absolutely love leather! Whether it is handbags, boots, pants or even a cool fall jacket, it is one of my favorite go-to fabrics. I even had to buy a pair of maternity leather leggings since it is my go-to look. They are so easy to throw on with an oversized sweater and some killer boots. Today’s trend is Flannel

Flannels are a staple in my fall wardrobe. Whether you are wearing one around your waist, over a cute graphic tee, or maybe even an oversized option over a bodycon dress…there are so many ways to weaar a flannel. For this weeks look, I wanted just a pop of color, that would accentuate the growing belly bump, so this red buffalo flannel was perfect over a simple black bodycon dress. I couldn’t have asked for a better fall outfit!
