I am so excited to announce the launch of a darling new line,
anne b
These bags are truly as unique as their owner, Sarah, and she has an amazing story behind her cause. She has launched a Kickstart campaign that you can get to by clicking the link below :

I know you will all be as obsessed with her cosmetic bags and clutches as much as me! I love that you can pick the outside pattern, lining and structure of the bag. Check out my Q&A with Sarah below and make sure to click HERE to get one of her bags now 🙂
Who is Sarah?
I am practically self-taught. I started out altering clothes and making skirts mostly because I was curious and thought, “Why not try it out?” I then became frustrated with clothing and bags that had cheap material, rhinestone heart shape on one side, and/or it’s too small or way too big. That’s when I decided to design my own bags that fit my personal taste and style. I then began to consult with friends to design a bag that fit their personal needs, taste, and style as well. I loved seeing how excited customers got realizing they were essentially the designer—I just made the sketches and final product.
Fast forward to 2014, after many years and many fails, I’m ready to make anne b more than just a hobby. All of my products are handcrafted with quality materials and detailing – 100% leather, bold prints, statement lining colors, leather trimmed pockets, and durable brass zippers.
The Project
The collection I’m using Kickstarter to help me introduce is called, The Made Collection. It consists of women’s cosmetic bags and folded clutch where backers can choose from three bold outer prints and five lining colors to design their bag. The clutches even come with a detachable shoulder strap—being more causal during the day and more classier at night. If backers want more customization, I can help them find or design a print of their own and I’ll use it in the cosmetic or clutch design.
This collection will help provide the building blocks to start my very own sewing school. I was inspired to do this after serving in Uganda last summer. While there I taught women and children skills like sewing. I want to bring that same spirit of teaching and innovation in Salt Lake City, UT with a sewing school set up like a gym—where anyone can buy a membership, take classes, or get help with their own projects. I plan on calling this school, Made, hence—The Made Collection.
The Kicker
I strongly believe that everyone has a spark of innovation in them no matter who or where they are. By supporting The Made Collection, you will provide accessibility to the proper education and resources for others to discover their creativity—maybe even your own.
Men’s Line
When we reach $20,000, I will release anne b’s first men’s line of Dopp Kits made from repurposed tweed from men’s sport coats.
