Today’s trend is NEON!

Neon is always one of my favorite looks for summer. I love a good pair on neon shorts, a casual neon workout tank, or maybe even a fun neon swimsuit to make you look extra tan.

Today I decided to add just a touch of neon by adding my FAVORITE shoes to what would otherwise be a very simple outfit. It helped give an entirely different feel to the outfit and created a great youthful vibe.

Next week's trend is RED!

Summer Rain + A GIVEAWAY!!!

Summer is finally hear and the temperatures have been skyrocketing, but a few weeks ago we were experiencing lots and lots of rain! Although it was raining, the temperatures were still quite high and it made it hard to figure out outfits because it was too hot for a lot of clothing options, but not warm enough for shorts and dresses.

I decided that my go-to for a few weeks was a light trench coat, so easy to throw on to protect my outfits, but light enough it wasn't too hot. The other great find were these Le3no linen pants! They are a perfect lightweight summer material and are SOOOOO comfortable. They are the perfect pair of pants that can transition from work to play.

One of my favorite places to head to for a quick three day getaway is Lake Powell! I am lucky enough that my parents have a houseboat down in the Wahweep marina and we get to travel down there quite frequently.

We just traveled down there a few weeks ago and although the weather wasn't perfect (it was a little overcast), it was still wonderful soaking up the sun when it was out, hanging out with the family and catching up on some much needed SLEEP lol.

Looking at these photos, it is making me so excited for the summer months ahead!

Today’s trend is STRIPES!

Can you believe that all three of the cohosts wore stiped dresses this week? I think that is a sign that this is going to be a hot trend for summer.

I have work this Kohl's striped dress with a lemon embellishment so much recently. I love how summery it looks and it has such versatility. One week I wore it to a friends baby shower, and the next I was wearing it wine tasting in Napa.
