Today’s trend is Spring Colors

In just a few short weeks I am going to be heading back up to Sun Valley to spend time with my parents and my now fiancee. It is my favorite place to travel to, and I am already starting to think about outfits. We typically go to Sun Valley in the late summer or early fall, so I am excited that we are going in March because we might get in some spring skiing. 

Depending on if there is snow on the ground in the city still, we might do some spring activities like a quick hike, bike ride or maybe even some ice skating. 

If we do any of those activities, I definitely want to take some of this outfit I wore last fall. While we always think of spring colors as pastels, I love the idea of crisp bright neutrals. The pop of this white shirt with the blue accessories gives me the perfect feeling of a cool spring morning.

Today’s trend is Prints & Patterns

During these dull winter months, I can get a little bored with my clothes. I tend to wear oversized sweaters and lounge wear a lot to cover up my pale skin and a few of the pounds I put on during the holiday months. Anyone else feel like that? But to mix things up and get our of your routine, it is great to add some prints and patterns to your weekly wardrobe. To do this in a slight way, I purchased these spanx cheetah leggings. The print of the cheetah is not a normal intense animal print, instead it is a faux leather and almost has a slight fade to it, which makes it perfect to be adventurous with your clothing…but not too adventurous!

Come linkup anything and everything this week! I am showing something different this week…my ski outfit! I got this last year, but SNO by Topshop is still selling my pieces, and so much more. I linked them up above on the Nordstrom site, and they are definitely pieces you need to check out if you need some winter wear. 

Right now, I am coveting this one piece suit…should I get it??
