Today’s trend is PRINTS!

Whether it is stripes, polka dots, flowers or more, we want to see the prints you are wearing most this season! And spring and summer and the perfect time to show them off in a fun and playful was 🙂

Since it has been raining up a storm in Salt Lake, I decided to throw on my printed rainboots! They are the perfect go to piece because they are easy to wear, comfortable and hold up well on those rainy days.

Also, you know when you buy a piece, and you just can’t stop wearing it, well this sweater is one of those pieces. I scored it at Nordstrom Rack, and although it was still a little pricey discounted (Vince is amazing, but not cheap), I have worn it so much already, it was totally worth the cost. I figure that if I am going to spend more, as long as it is a piece I can pull out of my closet on a regular basis, then it can be justified 🙂

Make sure to shop the Rack for lots more Vince options, I had no idea they carried so much of it, and nothing is better than a good deal.

 Next week’s trend is FLORALS!

It is mother’s day this upcoming Sunday, so that means I am going to be wearing lots of florals! I think we are planning on either making or taking my mom to breakfast and spending the day with the family, hopefully enjoying the new good weather outside.

Today’s trend is ACCESSORIES!

I absolutely love accessories because they can make such a simple outfit really pop. I chose to wear a simple navy blue cap-sleeved dress and paired it with a few metallic and white accessories including this amazing marble-inspired necklace from Happiness Boutique, these Tory Burch flats and a large canvas tote.

If you  haven’t had a chance to check out Happiness Boutique, they have some amazing vintage inspired pieces, here are some of the accessories I am dying to get my hands on :

Today’s trend is SANDALS!

I was in St. George, Utah a few weeks ago for my Grandma’s 90th birthday and was absolutely LOVING the weather. It was so nice to have some time in the sun and hang out with all of my extended family.

For the big celebration day, I decided to wear this semi-casual striped dress from Asos because it is super lightweight and never wrinkles. I decided to pair it with these new shoes I got courtesy from Corso Como! I have literally been seeing this type of shoe everywhere right now. I love the way it looks and think next time I might pair them with some cute leggings or even some ripped boyfriend jeans.

Make sure to check out the Corso Como site, they have a great variety of shoes. THESE FLATS, THESE BOOTS (on sale) and THESE HEELS are some of my absolute favorites!!
