Today’s trend is DRESSES & SKIRTS!

The weather is finally warming up, and people are pulling out their spring wardrobes.

My favorite thing to wear in Spring are longer or midi skirts, they make excellent transition pieces during the rising temp. But if you follow my blog, you know I have a MILLION dresses. I actually have an entire rack in my closet room dedicated to them. So I decided to feature my new favorite dress from SHOPBOP!

I literally love that store, and the nice thing about this piece, is that it is actually affordable! Only $60!!

I am so excited that the weather is finally warming up. I feel like the bright blue skies, hot temperatures and feeling of good weather can do some good for the soul!

With the warm weather, also comes a new wardrobe, and one of my favorite things about Spring and Summer is pulling out all of my sandals. Whether they are flats, wedges or heels, we want to see them next week.

Today’s trend is BRIGHTS & PASTELS!

Whether you wear these two color pallets together or separate, lets see your outfits that have to do with two of Spring’s favorite color choices.

This week, I decided to focus on pastels. I wore this outfit to brunch with my family on Easter Sunday!

Also, let me tell you, if you are looking for that perfect white spring/summer dress, this is the one to get! It is from H&M and fits like a glove. It has a very interesting texture to it and looks MUCH MORE expensive than it was. Definitely a must buy!

Also, wanted to let you all know that it is my birthday today! 29 years old.

I’m not going to lie, this has been a tough year on me. I have gone through a lot and learned a lot about myself and the relationships I have with others. While I may not be where I thought I was going to on my 29th birthday, I  figure that life is unpredictable and can’t be controlled. So today I am thankful for everything I have in my life, rather than what I don’t.

I am excited to bring on the next year and what adventures I may have in front of me. Here’s to my final year in my 20’s before the big 3-0!
