I was so excited when I was asked to be the guest host for this weeks Spotlight Fashion Weekly Linkup with Elle from Living In Color Style and Jaqueline from Stylin in St. Louis!! And what a more perfect theme for me to co-host, than NEON! (I think everyone has become aware that I am drawn to bright and bold fashion – probably the reason that when I saw this neon watercolor skirt, it was love at first site).

A Grand Day

Today is the last day of my series with The Grand America!
During my mini “staycation” at the hotel, I was able to enjoy a fabulous Sunday at the hotel which included a stop into their darling pastry shop La Bonne Vie (the macaroons are TO DIE for) and followed by a brunch for 2 in the Garden Cafe (and I even got to meet the executive chef). We literally felt as if we walked into France when in the pastry shop and then an english garden at brunch.
To say the food and atmosphere was WONDERFUL, would be an understatement. I think I am still dreaming of all the tasty seafood, crepes and dessert bar.
It was truly an amazing experience and I can’t wait to have a repeat soon!!

I was so excited when I received this fun, summer dress from eShakti (but I am so embarrassed, totally ignore all the wrinkles, I was in it all day at work before I took these photos lol).
The reason I am so excited about finding this dress company is because they make the shopping and buying experience so custom!!
With this brand, you can pick the design, length, sleeve, pocket/no pockets…the list is endless. It makes it perfect for every girl, especially ones in Utah, that may be looking for something with capped sleeves and a longer hemline.
