I will admit I thought this outfit was pretty chic until I compared myself to a “Beetlejuice” photo and there was a slight resemblance haha. But sometimes you must take risks to stand out in the crowd. 

I  have seen stripe on stripe looks everywhere and love that these stripes had different orientations to them. I also thought, heck why not add some neon and blue to this outfit 🙂 to give it even more pizazz!!

I was so excited to team up with the lovely Jordan Carli Photography to take some pictures for the blog! Jordan is an amazing photographer who specializes in Weddings, Engagement, Newborns and Family photos.

We did a fun shoot in downtown Salt Lake City and I wore a neon green ensemble with my favorite black dramatic skirt. People were staring as we walked across the streets of Salt Lake in this get-up, but I love it.

 I am also so excited to announce that I will be a guest blogger for Jordan Carli Photo, check out my latest post here. Over the weekend we spent a lovely day in Park City. I love being in the mountains and taking in the beautiful scenery. Since it is still a little chilly up in the mountains, I decided to get some final use out of my fur vest, turtleneck and leather before the weather gets too warm.

And of course I had to add a few pops of red to complete the look!

I am loving the mix of floral with these fabulous deco earrings! I love mixing items that I wouldn’t typically pair. I felt like these earrings could obviously go with any elegant black cocktail dress, but I wanted to show their everyday use.
